PROCESS OPERATION OF MULTIJET AMPOULE AND VIAL WASHING MACHINE

The dump loading procedure may be used, if ampoules/vials are received in ready to dump boxes, which will have exactly into the same number of ampoule/vial and the pitch, as loading tray. Alternatively, each ampoule/vial has to be arranged into the tray. The loading tray/s is placed directly into the machine & the handle bar is lowered for ampoule/vial for automatic centering of washing needles into the ampoule/vial mouths. INTERNAL CLEANING WITH AMPOULE WASHING MACHINE:

The LI-VRW comes with 6 internal cleaning stations, having cleaning needles in each station. That makes total 36 cleaning needles. There is a pipe connected to the cleaning media making washing area, through which each cleaning station is supplied. This minimizes the risk of particle generation as well as simplifies cleaning and maintenance process, which saves your time.
 

EXTERNAL CLEANING WITH AMPOULE WASHER

This machine comes with 3 external cleaning solutions. They are mounted in a stationary position above the ampoule and it is very easy to adjust them to a particular angle, height or lateral position. Every cleaning station is supplied cleaning media-making via a pipe that is connected to the cleaning media-making washing area.
 

AMPOULE CLEANING MEDIA PRINCIPAL:

The synchronization of WFI, purified water and cleaning solution with ampoule is established by reciprocating motion. It is designed in such a way that these media are only used when the needles move in the forward direction. It reduced WFI consumption by collecting the WFI in re-circulating water tank so that it can be used later in the pre washing station. In addition, we also offer change part sets for the high speed rotary ampoule washing machine.
The ideal output of the machine is maximum up to 18000 ampoules/hr.

PROCESS OPERATION OF AUTOMATIC LINEAR VIAL WASHING MACHINE:

Three-cycle rinsing allows flexibilities of various wash cycles such as fresh water, dematerialized water etc. as per the rinsing requirement of bottle. All the pumps are made of SS and all the water contact parts are made of SS 316 on a heavy base of SS structure. In tunnel design is such that separation is maintained between feeding zone and discharge zone of the cleaned containers. All the mechanical drives are separated and isolated from the washing zone. Approved materials only are used for construction, together with a careful choice of components, thereby taking in to consideration all aspects of sanitation and consequence complying with the pharmaceutical G.M.P. requirements. The quality of rinsing is ensured through 3 sets of inner and 2 sets of outer nozzles accurately placed to direct the jet at centre of the bottle and the bottle comes out with water totally drained with minimum droplets of water.

PROCESS OPERATION OF AUTOMATIC AIRJET & VACUUM CLEANING MACHINE:

Containers are fed in upright position on a scrambler and further fed to feed worm, where containers are automatically inverted.
The synchronized mechanism feed the container one by one through a chamber which is under negative pressure. A series of nozzles blow air in the container at a high pressure. The dust is collected in dust collector box through exhaust fan.
The container is further fed through the synchronized mechanism and feed worm. It is once again upright position and comes out duly cleaned for further operation.

Automatic Rotary Vial Washing Machine Model LI-VRW is designed to wash glass vials without contact of non-contact machine parts with glass Vials.
